• Before your stay

If within 5 days prior to your arrival at one of our stations, over 50% of lifts were closed for 2 consecutive days,
mmv is committed to offer you another holiday destination or to reimburse you if the capacity of individual sites mmv would not allow it.
This refund will be made as to have a next stay in one of the institutions proposed in the offer mmv Spring / Summer 2012 / winter 2013.

• During your stay

If 2 consecutive days, over 50% of the lifts are closed, mmv is committed to offer different solutions:

1. Want to stop skiing, MMV will refund the unused portion of your prorated benefits ski purchased through us during your stay laréservation
2. You want to continue your skiing, MMV offers a new destination that will allow you to ski in better snow conditions.
This refund will be made as to have a next stay in one of the institutions proposed in the offer mmv Spring / Summer 2012 / winter 2013.
3. You want to shorten your stay, mmv will refund the unused portion of your stay in proportion to time.
