We had a great family stay at MMV this summer and overall would definitely recommend it. The residence was very clean throughout, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool and spa areas were also very enjoyable and well maintained. One area that could be improved is seating around the pool and spa. Inside the spa, there were only 4 loungers available, which meant you either had to sit outside or not at all. Around the pool, there were also not enough loungers and chairs, especially in the afternoons when it became quite crowded. I would suggest adding a few more chairs, as they take up less space than loungers and would make it easier for more guests to relax comfortably. We stayed in a ground-floor room facing the mountain. With small children, the direct access was very practical. However, cars were parked literally just a few centimeters from our ground-level balcony. There were times when we were eating outside and were almost shoulder-to-shoulder with people loading or unloading their trunks. That said, I still preferred this location over a room facing the pool, which I imagine would have been significantly noisier. We had also booked and paid for underground parking. The parking garage is quite cramped and can be difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle. We drive an SUV and found maneuvering challenging. The biggest issue, however, was that some guests parked on or over the white lines, taking up part of two spaces. I understand that getting in and out of cars can be difficult in a tight space, but this created problems for others. One evening, we were unable to park at all because at least two vehicles were occupying parts of adjacent spaces. Since parking spots are limited and only available to guests who reserve them, this meant we had to find parking near the tourist office and walk back to the residence. I also felt that a very large number of spaces were reserved for electric vehicles, which further reduced availability for guests with hybrid or conventional cars. On a positive note, the bar was lovely and offered very reasonable prices, which we appreciated. Despite the few challenges mentioned above, we had a wonderful stay and a very positive overall experience. We would happily return.

Fantastic family holiday, the staff (reception, entertainment) were amazing. The residence is very well located in relation to the village. The town center is very lively and there are magnificent hikes. We absolutely loved this resort.

We spent 15 days at this residence and discovered the MMV brand for the first time. It was a very nice experience. The apartments are very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there's plenty of storage space. However, I have one major complaint about the sofa bed, which is not at all comfortable; the mattress is very soft and sags in the middle. The other beds are perfect. Regarding the services: access to the pool is very pleasant, with extended opening hours throughout the day. The activities offered are very enjoyable, and the entertainment team was lovely. The children really enjoyed the various kids' clubs. I do regret that the activities were the same for the entire 15 days, but this is just a minor point and didn't really bother the children. The option to do paid activities at a reduced price was also very much appreciated (canyoning, rafting). We didn't use the bar; the prices seemed really excessive. Regarding the location: nothing to complain about, very close to the lake where you can easily spend a whole day without getting bored, and close to the town center. Perfect for hiking in the area without having to drive too far. In short, I highly recommend this residence and I hope we'll return.
