The company therefore pays particular attention to welcoming and supporting its teams. The onboarding journey begins even before arrival at the resort, thanks to a comprehensive onboarding process, and continues throughout the onboarding period.

Each season begins with the pre-season Campus, a time dedicated to training and sharing, allowing teams to meet, develop their skills, and prepare together for the opening of the establishments.

MMV also develops several initiatives to support career development. The Best Talent program, for example, helps identify and support employees in progressing toward greater responsibilities within the company.

Entertainment: Animation teams bring children’s clubs to life, organize sports activities, and embody the atmosphere that defines MMV villages.
Accommodation and reception: Reception and lodging teams support guests throughout their stay and ensure the quality of apartments, rooms, and common areas.
Food and beverage: In Village Clubs, kitchen and service teams create convivial dining moments that structure the day.
Wellness: Spa and wellness professionals offer treatments, relaxation, and recovery after a sporty day in the mountains.
Technical and maintenance: Technical teams ensure the proper functioning of facilities and contribute to the comfort and safety of the establishments.
