Isère

In Isère, skiing is dominated by two giants with very distinct personalities.

Alpe d'Huez, nicknamed ‘l'Île au Soleil’ (the Island in the Sun) for its exceptional exposure, offers 250 km of slopes ranging from 1,125 m to 3,330 m. In contrast, Les 2 Alpes stands out for its high-altitude domain, reaching 3,600 m on one of the largest skiable glaciers in Europe, guaranteeing exceptional quality natural snow.
