Rules of the “Insta'Montagne” contest

Article 1. Organizing Company

The company MMV, a public limited company with a share capital of €6,053,859, whose registered office is located at 79 Avenue France d’Outremer, Saint-Laurent-du-Var (06700), France, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 411 926 892 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company”), is organizing a free contest with purchase obligation entitled “Insta'Montagne, the MMV Photo Challenge” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) from November 29, 2025 at 6:00 a.m. to May 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

The registered office address of the Organizing Company shall be the sole address used for the purposes of this Contest.

Article 2. Participants

This Contest is open to any adult natural person staying in one of the MMV establishments during the Contest period. Participation in the Contest is free of charge.

The following persons may not participate in the Contest:

• employees of the Organizing Company,
• their spouses, descendants, and ascendants,
• service providers or employees of service providers involved in organizing the Contest.

Participation in this Contest implies fair conduct and full acceptance of these rules and any amendments thereto. Any attempt to circumvent these rules or any fraudulent behavior will result in the immediate and irrevocable cancellation of the offender’s participation.

Each participant must participate personally. It is prohibited for the same person to participate using multiple identities or multiple email addresses. Automated participation methods are prohibited.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to permanently exclude from the Contest any participant who:

• has provided false identity or address information, or the identity or address of another person,
• has attempted to cheat, notably by creating false identities to register multiple times,
• has altered address details or used unfair methods such as software, robots, or automated systems allowing participation without physical intervention,
• or has violated one or more provisions of these rules.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to request any supporting documentation necessary to verify that the participant meets the conditions set out in this article.

Any participant refusing to provide the requested documents within 8 days from the request date shall be deemed to have withdrawn from participation and, where applicable, forfeited their prize, without any claim against the Organizing Company.

Article 3. Participation Terms

To participate in the Contest, the participant must:

1. Read these Contest rules,
2. Follow the Instagram page “@mmv_lesvacancesclub”,
3. Take at least one photo for each of the following themes:
   • the most beautiful natural spots,
   • their favorite MMV entertainment activity/activities,
   • the resort activity/activities they enjoyed the most,
4. Share at least 3 photos in a post published on Instagram from a public account, tagging @mmv_lesvacancesclub and using the hashtag corresponding to the establishment where they are staying, according to the list below:

Local Contest

Every week between November 29, 2025 and May 2, 2026, a vote is organized in each participating MMV establishment* to select the best photo and award a basket of local products.

National Contest

During the first half of May, a draw will be held among the 5 participants whose photos received the most likes on Instagram during the season. One winner will receive a holiday stay subject to conditions.

6 – Winner Selection Process (Local Contest)

• The local MMV jury selects 5 participants based on two criteria:

- compliance with the required themes,

- photo aesthetics.

• During an entertainment event within the establishment, guests are invited to vote for the winning photo.

7 – Internet Liability

Participants are deemed aware of the risks and dangers associated with the Internet. The Organizing Company declines all responsibility in the event of connection problems, data loss, hacking, computer viruses, crashes, or any other inconvenience related to Internet use.

The Organizing Company reserves the right, at any time, to extend the duration of the Contest or modify its conditions, provided participants are informed by appropriate means.

In the event of circumstances beyond its control, force majeure, fraud, cheating, or any serious, unforeseen, or compelling event, the Organizing Company reserves the right to shorten or cancel all or part of the operation without liability.

Article 4. Prizes

The prizes offered are defined as follows:

Local Contest

One basket of local products per establishment and per week.

National Contest

A stay for 4 people during the Winter 2027 season, i.e., between December 2026 and May 2027.

This stay must be booked through MMV services before April 30, 2027, subject to availability and opening dates of MMV establishments.

The stay may be chosen as:

• a Residence Club stay (self-catering accommodation), or
• a Village Club stay (full board).

The stay does not include:

• sports equipment,
• ski lift passes,
• transportation,
• transfers,
• insurance,
• tourist taxes,
• drinks at the bar,
• spa treatments or massages,
• or any additional services not expressly included.

The winner shall be personally responsible for all legal and administrative obligations required for the stay.

Winners of the stay will be contacted via Instagram direct message and will have 5 days to accept their prize.

Winners of the gift baskets will be notified within the Club and must collect their prize on site. No basket may be shipped.

The Organizing Company declines all responsibility in the event of misuse of prizes. Any non-compliant, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, or incorrect participation will be invalidated.

Any fraud, cheating, or attempt to circumvent these rules will result in invalidation of participation. Prizes may only be awarded to valid entries.

Throughout the Contest period, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace prizes with others of equivalent nature and value, particularly in the event of stock shortages, supplier bankruptcy, labor disputes, changes in contractual agreements, supplier failure, or product quality defects. The Organizing Company shall not be held liable for this.

Article 5. Use of Data for Advertising and/or Commercial Purposes

The Organizing Company collects consent for the use of content produced via the “AdAlong” tool.

MMV may repost on its Instagram account @MMV_LesvacancesClub, on its website, or on any other authorized communication medium, any content created the Contest and authorized for use.

Article 6. Consultation of the Rules

The Organizing Company reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, provided participants are informed accordingly.

In the event of discrepancies between different versions of these rules, the version published on the MMV website shall prevail.

Article 7. Disputes

These rules are governed by French law.

If any clause of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses and the rules themselves shall remain applicable.

Any dispute arising from a situation not covered by these rules shall be decided by the Organizing Company.

Any complaint or claim regarding the Contest must be sent by mail to the Organizing Company within a period not exceeding one month from the end of the operation (date received). Any complaint received after this deadline will not be considered.

Article 8. Communication

The Contest is brought to participants’ attention through the following means:

• the website mmv.fr,
• social networks,
• communication within MMV establishments,
• the MMV smartphone application.

Article 9. Reimbursement of Participation Costs

As the Contest is free of charge, participants whose Internet access is billed according to connection time may request reimbursement of the connection costs incurred for participation.

Requests for reimbursement must be sent by mail to the registered office of the Organizing Company (Article 1) within a maximum period of 2 months from participation in the Contest.

To be considered valid, the request must be legible and include:

• participant’s identity,
• postal and email address,
• telephone number,
• dates and times of participation,
• detailed operator invoice,
• bank account details (RIB).

Reimbursement will be limited to a maximum of 5 minutes per connection at the applicable rate.

Postal costs incurred for the reimbursement request will also be reimbursed upon simple request enclosed with the letter, limited to standard economy postage.

Internet connections based on flat-rate or unlimited subscriptions shall not be reimbursed.

Participants must prove that they incurred specific costs solely for participating in the Contest. Subscription costs will not be reimbursed.

Any incomplete, illegible, or false request, or one containing manifestly incorrect information, will not be processed.
